Stand on a sheet of paper placed on a hard, flat floor, with your heel lightly touching a wall.

Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper — for some people this is the second toe, not the big toe.

Measure from the edge under your heel to the mark in inches or centimeters. Repeat with your other foot, as sizes can differ slightly.

Compare your longest measurement with the charts above. If it falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
